重慶匯融拍賣有限公司由重慶商報(bào)社、匯融集團(tuán)發(fā)起，成立于二零零三年九月，是依照《中華人民共和國拍賣法》經(jīng)重慶市人民政府主管拍賣行業(yè)的部門審核批準(zhǔn)，重慶市工商行政管理局登記注冊(cè)的一家綜合性拍賣公司。
The Chongqing Huirong Auction Company, founded in 2003, was launched by Chongqing Business Newspaper and Huirong Group. Being a comprehensive auction company, it is established according to “Auction Law of the People’s Republic of China” and it has got the approval of the competent department of the Chongqing municipal government, which is in charge of the auctioning industry. It has also registered in Chongqing Administration for Industry and Commerce.
公司專業(yè)從事拍賣國家法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的可以進(jìn)行拍賣的物品、財(cái)產(chǎn)、權(quán)利等項(xiàng)目，接受司法委托拍賣、行政機(jī)關(guān)罰沒物資拍賣、銀行抵押物資、破產(chǎn)企業(yè) 資產(chǎn)股權(quán)拍賣；機(jī)關(guān)、部隊(duì)、事業(yè)單位或社會(huì)法人、國內(nèi)外企業(yè)以及個(gè)人委托拍賣以及國家法律、法規(guī)和政策允許出售的藝術(shù)品拍賣等。
The company specializes in auction items, goods, property rights and other projects which are in accordance with national law and regulations. It deals with the judicial auction, the auction of the confiscated goods of administrative organ, the mortgage materials of bank, the asset ownership of bankrupt enterprise. Allowed by state laws and regulations, it also accepts the auction for organs, units, institutions or social legal person, domestic and foreign enterprises and individuals.
